BEFORE VISITING THE SET
When is the best time to visit?
If you want to avoid the crowds, it is best to visit earlier on the season and if possible, during the week. With our SMS queue management system, we still keeping waiting times down and your experience will still be a pleasurable one.
Do you take group or family photos with Santa?
Yes absolutely. These are encouraged.
Are pets allowed?
We will be holding special pet Santa sessions in select centres. Please contact us if you would like more information.
Is it children only?
SantaPics encourages adults, teens and everyone to be part of Christmas and enjoy a classic Santa photo.
During your Visit
CAN I TAKE MY OWN PHOTOS?
Unfortunately this is prohibited as this is against each Centre’s policies.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE PHOTOS TO BE READY?
The photos will be ready within a matter of seconds!
After the experience
I lost my Photo ticket!
Don’t panic. Just send us an email with your name, the date and time of the photo and as much description as possible of the people in the photo. Santa will do his best to re-send your photos.
I am unhappy with my photos.
We’re sorry to hear that. Customers view and choose their photos before they are printed. If there is a problem with the quality of the print, we will of course re-print them onsite for you. If the customer simply changes their mind, then we cannot offer a refund.
