SMS QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
SantaPics has introduced an SMS Queue Management System, which helps to avoid the hours waiting in long queues that can become so frustrating for you and your children. Our system allows customers to input their phone number and get an SMS message when Santa is ready to see them. This means families can use their time more productively while they wait to see Santa.
Specialised Photography
We value all of our customers and truly believe that Christmas is for everyone.
Our Sensory Santa sessions are designed specifically for those children with autism or those who have other special requirements for visiting Santa. We work with organisations and charities to train our staff on how to accommodate each individual child’s needs. Parents are able to book a visit to Santa outside of normal hours to avoid queues and noise. We adjust the Santa set lighting, sound and layout and provide personalized touches to make each child feel comfortable. To inquire about Sensory Santa sessions, email info@santapics.com.au.
We know that our four (and eight) legged friends love Santa too, so we invite you to bring your pets to join in the experience. Santa knows how to make your cat look purrfect and your dog say “ho woof ho”. Santa dedicates special times for pet photography, to enable us to adjust the set so it is safe and suitable for any kind of pet!
Green Screen
SantaPics are experts in green screen technology. This allows us to capture members of the public and place them into a range of alternative background scenes. Fancy a photo of you and family on the beach with Santa? How about in a Winters Snowy Wonderland? This is the perfect option for those customers looking for something slightly different or for those children who are scared of Santa.
Photo Branding
All of our photos can be automatically branded to include whatever desired logos or other branding a client would like to add. This is perfect for Christmas parties and other events where you want to promote your message and branding.
NOW|CAM
NOW|CAM is our revolutionary product, which allows a photographer to roam the centre (with or without Santa) and snap photos of shoppers. Each photo is branded and instantly uploaded onto the centre’s Facebook, website or microsite.
Simultaneously, a ticket is printed with a mini copy of the photo and a call to action to the centre’s Facebook/website. When the customer logs onto find their photo, they enter the unique code from their ticket and their branded photo appears. From here, they are encouraged to share their photo or like, tag and comment. This generates massive online reach and engagement for the centre. The tickets can be customised to include competition details, offers or partnerships with other retailers within the centres.
Hashtag Printing
SantaPics is now offering guests the chance to snap a selfie with Santa and get an instant print.
The process is simple:
1: Snap a selfie with Santa on your mobile (or get one of our friendly staff to assist)
2: Share onto Instagram with your shopping centre’s chosen hashtag
3: Collect your print from our Santa printing station
